Product description
It is worth taking care of every detail. In a restaurant or bar, even cup coasters are important. Tailored to the style and class of the premises, it will also allow you to secure the countertop and provide guests with specific information. The mug, mug or glass mats we offer are effective marketing tools and a great addition to the equipment. Made of the best materials: beermat or polyester cardboard with a foam bottom. . On special request, we also make washers in any shape and size.
NOTE: We do not make beer mats from double-sided print.

Shape: if you want to order pads in a complicated shape - consult by e-mail by sending a vector file - we will confirm the possibility of making a pad for the material you choose.

You can combine different patterns when ordering. Condition: the minimum quantity of one pattern is 70 pcs. Advantage: lower price per piece.
example 1: By ordering 5 different patterns of beermat pads at one time, for example 70 pcs each, i.e. 350 pcs in total - you will get the unit price PLN 1,30 net / pc per pc instead of PLN 1,70 net / pc
example 2: By ordering 4 different patterns of pads with foam backs, 70, 70, 140 and 210 pieces each, i.e. a total of 490 pieces - you will get the unit price of PLN 1,35 net / piece per piece instead of PLN 2,00, PLN 2,00, and 1,85 respectively. PLN, PLN 1,70 net / item for each print run.

How to prepare files?
Graphics
- format: TIFF, JPG, PSD or PDF in CMYK; FOGRA39 color profile - files prepared contrary to the above guidelines will be automatically converted to CMYK and printed as prepared by the client.
- 1: 1 scale resolution is the minimum - 200 dpi (300 dpi recommended);
- distance of important elements from the cutting line - 5 mm;
- bleed - 3mm;
Delivery and lead time

The cost of shipping larger quantities - according to the e-mail offer.

Will I receive a mockup for the project?
We do not send mockups. Please prepare the project, which consists of files for printing and cutting, according to the instructions placed on each product subpage - section in the left menu "How to prepare files"
Is graphic design included in the price?
Net prices in price lists on individual subpages refer to the production of POS products. They do not include design.
Will you prepare a graphic design?
We do not offer conceptual design, illustration work, or the search and purchase of graphics for your project.
If you have the materials and a specific idea, and we would only be responsible for the graphic design, please send us a description and complete production-quality graphic materials to confirm the possibilities and quote.
Is it possible to ship large stands or walls abroad?
To confirm this possibility and to quote the shipping, please indicate the product and provide the delivery address with postal code.
I need express fulfillment. Do you have such an option?
To confirm and evaluate this option, please send an inquiry specifying the type of product/products from our offer, quantity and when they should be sent by courier or collected in person.
How to place an order?
Submit files to your order via wetransfer.com by providing our email address biuro@brooklyn.pl. and send an email with the following details:
- type and quantity of ordered products, type and quantity of additional options (e.g. folders, graphic composition).
- billing,
- delivery address,
- name and telephone number of the contact person to arrange the order.
- name and telephone number of the person collecting the parcel - to be contacted by the courier
After receiving the order, we send a proforma by e-mail and check the sent files. If they require improvement - we inform the client about it by e-mail.
We send the order for execution after the payment is credited (or confirmation is sent in PDF) and the correct files are received or they are accepted by the client if we priced the client's graphic composition with the preparation of production files.
