How to prepare files?
- File with graphics for printing backs and pockets: jpg, psd, tiff format, size 1:1; minimum resolution 200 dpi; just send the graphics to the 'back' and the front wall of the pocket; FOGRA39 color profile - files prepared contrary to the above guidelines will be automatically converted to CMYK and printed as prepared by the client.
- A file with the outline of the back wall and / or pockets - to be cut out in the case of irregular shapes: vector format: AI or EPS - you do not have to worry about the structure of the support - we will adjust its shape and structure to the size and proportions of the stand.
- Send a preview with the pocket location marked.
- Remember that the distance between the pocket and the edge of the stand should not be less than 10 mm
- Other comments: the graphics should have a 3mm bleed, the distance of important design elements from the cutting line: min. 3mm.

Will I receive a mockup for the project?
We do not send mockups. Please prepare the project, which consists of files for printing and cutting, according to the instructions placed on each product subpage - section in the left menu "How to prepare files"
Is graphic design included in the price?
Net prices in price lists on individual subpages refer to the production of POS products. They do not include design.
Will you prepare a graphic design?
We do not offer conceptual design, illustration work, or the search and purchase of graphics for your project.
If you have the materials and a specific idea, and we would only be responsible for the graphic design, please send us a description and complete production-quality graphic materials to confirm the possibilities and quote.
Is it possible to ship large stands or walls abroad?
To confirm this possibility and to quote the shipping, please indicate the product and provide the delivery address with postal code.
I need express fulfillment. Do you have such an option?
To confirm and evaluate this option, please send an inquiry specifying the type of product/products from our offer, quantity and when they should be sent by courier or collected in person.
How to place an order?
Upload your files for ordering via wetransfer.com, providing our email address biuro@brooklyn.pl, and send an email with the following details:
- type and quantity of ordered products, type and quantity of additional options (e.g. folders, graphic composition).
- billing,
- delivery address,
- name and telephone number of the contact person to arrange the order.
- name and telephone number of the person collecting the parcel - to be contacted by the courier
After receiving the order, we send a proforma by e-mail and check the sent files. If they require improvement - we inform the client about it by e-mail.
We send the order for execution after the payment is credited (or confirmation is sent in PDF) and the correct files are received or they are accepted by the client if we priced the client's graphic composition with the preparation of production files.
