Price list for graphic works
Graphic layout of the header and/or footer while maintaining the layout and colors of the planners: PLN 45,00 + 23% VAT assuming that we will receive graphic materials in production quality (logotypes in vector files with fonts converted into curves or with a resolution of at least 200dpi in a 1:1 scale).
Calendar graphic design if the change also concerns the colors and column layout: PLN 85,00 + 23% VAT provided that we receive a detailed description and graphic materials in production quality (logotypes in vector files with fonts converted to curves or with a resolution of at least 200dpi in a 1:1 scale).

Courier shipment, collective packaging in cartons:
- up to 55 pcs: PLN 24,00 + 23% VAT
- 49-100 pcs: PLN 40,00 + 23% VAT
The cost of shipping larger quantities - according to the e-mail offer.
TIME LIMIT FOR COMPLETION for quantities up to 200 pieces:
- execution time – up to 10 full working days + courier delivery time

Will I receive a mockup for the project?
We do not send mockups. Please prepare the project, which consists of files for printing and cutting, according to the instructions placed on each product subpage - section in the left menu "How to prepare files"
Is graphic design included in the price?
Net prices in price lists on individual subpages refer to the production of POS products. They do not include design.
Will you prepare a graphic design?
We do not offer conceptual design, illustration work, or the search and purchase of graphics for your project.
If you have the materials and a specific idea, and we would only be responsible for the graphic design, please send us a description and complete production-quality graphic materials to confirm the possibilities and quote.
Is it possible to ship planners abroad?
Planners can be shipped to European Union countries. For a shipping quote, please specify the format and quantity, as well as the delivery address and postal code.
I need express fulfillment. Do you have such an option?
To confirm and evaluate this option, please send an inquiry specifying the type of product/products from our offer, quantity and when they should be sent by courier or collected in person.
How to place an order?
Submit files to your order via wetransfer.com by providing our email address biuro@brooklyn.pl. and send an email with the following details:
- type and quantity of ordered products, type and quantity of additional options (e.g. folders, graphic composition).
- billing,
- delivery address,
- name and telephone number of the contact person to arrange the order.
- name and telephone number of the person collecting the parcel - to be contacted by the courier
After receiving the order, we send a proforma by e-mail and check the sent files. If they require improvement - we inform the client about it by e-mail.
We send the order for execution after the payment is credited (or confirmation is sent in PDF) and the correct files are received or they are accepted by the client if we priced the client's graphic composition with the preparation of production files.
