How to place an order?

1. Send an e-mail with the following data:

• type and quantity of ordered products, type and quantity of additional options (e.g. folders, graphic composition).
• billing,
• delivery address
• name and telephone number of the contact person for order arrangements
• name and telephone number of the person collecting the parcel - to be contacted by the courier

2. Send the files for the order via wetransfer.com, providing our e-mail address biuro@brooklyn.pl.

After receiving the order, we send a proforma by e-mail and check the sent files. If they require improvement - we inform the client about it by e-mail.

We send the order for execution after the payment is credited (or confirmation is sent in PDF) and the correct files are received or they are accepted by the client if we priced the client's graphic composition with the preparation of production files.
