Thank you for your interest in our offer. We have prepared a list of the most frequently asked questions with answers.
1. Will I receive a mockup for the project?
We do not send mockups. Please prepare the project, which consists of files for printing and cutting, according to the instructions placed on each product subpage - section in the left menu "How to prepare files"
2. Is it possible to receive an invoice with a payment deadline?
We can issue a 14-day invoice to budget units after receiving a scan of the order with the signature and stamp of the person responsible for the order.
3. Is graphic design included in the price?
Net prices in price lists on individual subpages refer to the production of POS products. They do not include design.
4. Will you prepare a graphic design?
We do not offer conceptual design, illustration work, or the search and purchase of graphics for your project.
If you have the materials and a specific idea, and we would only be responsible for the graphic design, please send us a description and complete production-quality graphic materials to confirm the possibilities and quote.
5. Will I receive a 3D product visualization with my design from you?
We do not provide product visualizations.
6. Is it possible to ship large stands or walls abroad?
To confirm this possibility and to quote the shipping, please indicate the product and provide the delivery address with postal code.
7. I need express fulfillment. Do you have such an option?
To confirm and evaluate this option, please send an inquiry specifying the type of product/products from our offer, quantity and when they should be sent by courier or collected in person.
8. What is the difference between the indoor and outdoor stands in your offer?
Stands dedicated to the outdoors have steel frames. Stands for indoors made of plastic are waterproof, but their lightweight construction + large surface area makes them unsuitable for outdoor use.
9. I sent an email with attachments and received no response. Why?
The message with attached files may have been rejected by the server.
Please send files via www.wetransfer.com or other transfer to address biuro@brooklyn.pl – not in an email attachment.
This limitation is necessary due to the large total size of the graphic files sent to us.
10. Why is there no Tax Identification Number on the pro forma?
For several years now, we have not included the Tax Identification Number on the proforma for accounting reasons – the proforma is not an accounting document.
The Tax Identification Number will be on the final invoice.
11. How to place an order?
Submit files to your order via wetransfer.com by providing our email address biuro@brooklyn.pl. and send an email with the following details:
- type and quantity of ordered products, type and quantity of additional options (e.g. folders, graphic composition).
- billing,
- delivery address,
- name and telephone number of the contact person to arrange the order.
- name and telephone number of the person collecting the parcel - to be contacted by the courier
After receiving the order, we send a proforma by e-mail and check the sent files. If they require improvement - we inform the client about it by e-mail.
We send the order for execution after the payment is credited (or confirmation is sent in PDF) and the correct files are received or they are accepted by the client if we priced the client's graphic composition with the preparation of production files.
