How to prepare files?
Graphics
- format: TIFF, JPG, PSD or PDF in CMYK; FOGRA39 color profile - files prepared contrary to the above guidelines will be automatically converted to CMYK and printed as prepared by the client.
- 1: 1 resolution is the minimum - 100dpi;
- distance of important elements from the cutting line - 5 mm;
- frame width at the thinnest point: at least 15 cmany opening size;
- bleed – 3mm, both outside and inside, i.e. where the window is cut out;

Most frequently asked questions
What size photo frame should I choose?
For group photos (4-6 people), choose a maximum size of 140 x 195 cm. For couple photos and selfies, a board of 100 cm or more is sufficient. Remember that the minimum width of the left and right sides of the frame is 15 cm.
Will the frame hold up outdoors?
The material and print are waterproof and sun-resistant, so the frames with handles can be used outdoors in any weather.
Will you make a frame for a specific occasion or with a logo?
We print any graphics you want – names and wedding date, "18," company logo, hashtag. Cutting out any shape doesn't change the price.
Will I receive a mockup for the project?
We do not ship mockups because the frame's shape, both internally and externally, is flexible, and the dimensions listed in the price lists are approximate, not rigidly imposed. Please prepare the design, which consists of files for printing and cutting, according to the instructions provided on each product page – the "How to prepare files" section in the left menu.
Is graphic design included in the price?
Net prices in price lists on individual subpages refer to the production of POS products. They do not include design.
Will you prepare a graphic design?
We do not offer conceptual design, illustration work, or the search and purchase of graphics for your project.
If you have the materials and a specific idea, and we would only be responsible for the graphic design, please send us a description and complete production-quality graphic materials to confirm the possibilities and quote.
Is it possible to ship photo frames abroad?
To confirm this possibility and provide a shipping quote, please provide the quantity and size of photo frames and the delivery address with postal code.
I need express fulfillment. Do you have such an option?
To confirm and evaluate this option, please send an inquiry specifying the type of product/products from our offer, quantity and when they should be sent by courier or collected in person.
How to place an order?
Upload your files for ordering via wetransfer.com, providing our email address biuro@brooklyn.pl, and send an email with the following details:
- type and quantity of ordered products, type and quantity of additional options (e.g. folders, graphic composition).
- billing,
- delivery address,
- name and telephone number of the contact person to arrange the order.
- name and telephone number of the person collecting the parcel - to be contacted by the courier
After receiving the order, we send a proforma by e-mail and check the sent files. If they require improvement - we inform the client about it by e-mail.
We send the order for execution after the payment is credited (or confirmation is sent in PDF) and the correct files are received or they are accepted by the client if we priced the client's graphic composition with the preparation of production files.
What occasion is a photo frame suitable for?
A photo frame is perfect for any occasion where a memorable photo and a recognizable frame are essential. The same product can be used for both private and corporate events – only the graphics differ.
