Standing electoral shield - for voting

Description of execution
- Boards with a ready red and white print with the Polish emblem as in the miniature and photos in the gallery or with an individual print.
- Material: plastic - white polypropylene with an internal honeycomb structure, th. 3 m with direct UV printing.
- Connecting elements included.
- Possibility to buy additional elements to be combined into larger modular sets.
Application: as a cover for voting positions in national, general and local government elections, referenda, to the commune council, to inter-university councils and others.
The Role of the Ballot Cover in the Electoral Process
Democratic elections are the foundation of many societies, and an integral part of this process is ensuring the security, confidentiality and integrity of the vote.
Printed voting covers play a key role in ensuring the security, confidentiality and fairness of the democratic voting process. The purpose of these shields includes ensuring voter privacy, facilitating the use of ballots, increasing transparency and unambiguity, and protecting against tampering and counterfeiting.
Polling station partitions are critical to ensuring voter privacy. Thanks to them, voters can cast their votes confidentially, without fear that anyone will be able to see their choice. The cover, made of opaque plastic, ensures discretion and protects the integrity of the voting process. The imprint is substantively related to the nature of the elections or voting: e.g. national or local.
Ballot papers are often voluminous and contain a lot of information about the various candidates and proposals. Placing transparent pockets allows insertion of instructions so that voters can easily locate their preferences on the card. Thanks to this, the shields facilitate the voting process and minimize the risk of mistakes.

How to prepare files?
Graphics
Tips for preparing a project for covers - applies only to those with an individual print:
- net size of each wall (without bleeds): 600x600mm
- format: TIFF, JPG, PSD or PDF in CMYK; FOGRA39 color profile - files prepared contrary to the above guidelines will be automatically converted to CMYK and printed as prepared by the client.
- 1: 1 resolution is the minimum - 100dpi;
- distance of important elements from the cutting line - 5 mm;
- the width of the frames in the thinnest place: minimum 15 cm, any size of the opening;
- bleed - 3mm;
- Cutting line: AI vector file, EPS, PDF;
- ATTENTION - please send files for printing and cutting files as SEPARATE

- 1-10 pcs: PLN 22,00 + 23% VAT
- 11-20 pcs: 30,00 PLN + 23% VAT
- 21-50 pcs: 44,00 PLN + 23% VAT
TIME LIMIT FOR COMPLETION for the quantity of 1-20 pcs:
- STANDARD - 3-5 full working days
- EXPRESS - ask for the price and availability for a given date and quantity
plus delivery time: 1-2 working days from dispatch
Most frequently asked questions
Will I receive a mockup for the project?
We do not send mockups. Please prepare the project, which consists of files for printing and cutting, according to the instructions placed on each product subpage - section in the left menu "How to prepare files"
Is graphic design included in the price?
Net prices in price lists on individual subpages refer to the production of POS products. They do not include design.
Will you prepare a graphic design?
We do not offer conceptual design, illustration work, or the search and purchase of graphics for your project.
If you have the materials and a specific idea, and we would only be responsible for the graphic design, please send us a description and complete production-quality graphic materials to confirm the possibilities and quote.
Is it possible to ship large stands or walls abroad?
To confirm this possibility and to quote the shipping, please indicate the product and provide the delivery address with postal code.
I need express fulfillment. Do you have such an option?
To confirm and evaluate this option, please send an inquiry specifying the type of product/products from our offer, quantity and when they should be sent by courier or collected in person.
How to place an order?
Submit files to your order via wetransfer.com by providing our email address biuro@brooklyn.pl. and send an email with the following details:
- type and quantity of ordered products, type and quantity of additional options (e.g. folders, graphic composition).
- billing,
- delivery address,
- name and telephone number of the contact person to arrange the order.
- name and telephone number of the person collecting the parcel - to be contacted by the courier
After receiving the order, we send a proforma by e-mail and check the sent files. If they require improvement - we inform the client about it by e-mail.
We send the order for execution after the payment is credited (or confirmation is sent in PDF) and the correct files are received or they are accepted by the client if we priced the client's graphic composition with the preparation of production files.
