How to prepare files?

Graphics

  • format: TIFF, JPG, PSD or PDF in CMYK; FOGRA39 color profile - files prepared contrary to the above guidelines will be automatically converted to CMYK and printed as prepared by the client.
  • Cutting line (for unusual shapes): AI, PDF or EPS vector file
  • 1: 1 scale resolution is the minimum - 200 dpi (300 dpi recommended);
  • distance of important elements from the cutting line - 5 mm;
  • bleed - 3mm;

Delivery and lead time

Courier shipment, collective packaging in cartons:

  • up to 300 items: PLN 22,00 + 23% VAT
  • 301-500 pcs: PLN 40,00 + 23% VAT

 

The cost of shipping larger quantities - according to the e-mail offer.

 

TIME LIMIT FOR COMPLETION for a circulation of up to 500 pcs:

  • production time – up to 8 business days + delivery time: 1-2 business days from shipment

Will I receive a mockup for the project?

We do not send mockups. Please prepare the project, which consists of files for printing and cutting, according to the instructions placed on each product subpage - section in the left menu "How to prepare files"

Net prices in price lists on individual subpages refer to the production of POS products. They do not include design.

We do not offer conceptual design, illustration work, or the search and purchase of graphics for your project.

If you have the materials and a specific idea, and we would only be responsible for the graphic design, please send us a description and complete production-quality graphic materials to confirm the possibilities and quote.

To confirm this possibility and to quote the shipping, please indicate the product and provide the delivery address with postal code.

To confirm and evaluate this option, please send an inquiry specifying the type of product/products from our offer, quantity and when they should be sent by courier or collected in person.

Submit files to your order via wetransfer.com by providing our email address biuro@brooklyn.pl. and send an email with the following details:

  • type and quantity of ordered products, type and quantity of additional options (e.g. folders, graphic composition).
  • billing,
  • delivery address,
  • name and telephone number of the contact person to arrange the order.
  • name and telephone number of the person collecting the parcel - to be contacted by the courier

After receiving the order, we send a proforma by e-mail and check the sent files. If they require improvement - we inform the client about it by e-mail.

We send the order for execution after the payment is credited (or confirmation is sent in PDF) and the correct files are received or they are accepted by the client if we priced the client's graphic composition with the preparation of production files.
